CLEF 2006 - IMPORTANT DATES

Registration Opens - 15 January 2006

Data Release - from 15 February 2006

Topic Release - from 1 April 2006

Submission of Runs by Participants – Deadlines to be decided by each track after January 15. Indicatively in June 2006.

Indicative dates are as follows:

- Ad-Hoc: 4 June (see Guidelines for Participants on password protected area of main CLEF website for more details)

- Domain-Specific: 4 June (see Guidelines for Participants on password protected area of main CLEF website for more details)

- QA@CLEF: Results due 15 June (but check track website for details)

- ImageCLEF: June 1 – June 15 (to be decided - see track website for more details)

- CL-SR: Results due June 6 for Czech; June 25 for English (but check track website for more details)

- GeoCLEF: Early June (to be decided – see track web site for information)

- WebCLEF: to be confirmed

Release of Relevance Assessments and Individual Results – from 15 July 2006

Submission of Paper for Working Notes - 15 August 2006

Workshop  - 20-22 September 2006
