Submission of Runs by Participants – Deadlines to be decided by each track. Indicatively in June 2008

        AdHoc deadlines: TEL@CLEF 9 June; Persian at CLEF - 27 June(new); AdHoc Robust - 29 June (new)

        Domain-Specific deadline: 16 June

       QAatCLEF deadlines: Main QA & QA_WSD pilot: results submitted WITHIN 5 days from the first test sets download, and anyway not later than May 27; AVE: 27 June; QAST: 30 June

        ImageCLEF: ImageCLEFphoto: 15 June; Visual concept detection: 15 May; Medical annotation: late July (tbc)

        GeoCLEF deadlines: GikiP schedule: 2 to 12 June; other tasks - 24 June

        VideoCLEF deadline: 30 June
